A few things people usually check.
What's the deposit and notice period?
One month's rent as a refundable deposit, and one month's notice before moving out. No lock-in period beyond that.
Are outside guests or family allowed to visit?
Yes, in the common area, with ID logged at the gate. Overnight guests aren't permitted.
Is food included, and can I skip meals I don't want?
All three meals are included in rent. If you're regularly skipping one, let the warden know and it's adjusted the following month.
Can I move rooms after joining?
Subject to availability, yes — most residents switch once when a friend has a free bed nearby.
