What this website collects
This website has one enquiry form. It asks for your name, phone number, the room type you are considering, and an optional message. Pressing the button opens WhatsApp with these details pre-filled. The website itself does not save them or send them to any server. The only thing it stores in your browser is your light or dark theme choice. It uses no advertising trackers or analytics.
What happens when you send an enquiry
When you send the WhatsApp message, the hostel receives it, and WhatsApp handles it under its own privacy policy. We use your details only to reply, answer your questions, and arrange a visit.
If you take a room
If you decide to stay with us, the hostel asks for admission details in person, such as ID proof and a parent or guardian's contact number. These are used only for your stay, your safety, and legal requirements. They are kept while you are a resident and afterwards only as long as the law requires.
Who sees your information
Only the hostel staff who handle enquiries and admissions. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond to you, and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to kudilhostel@gmail.com or call +91 99999 99999 (warden's office, 8am to 8pm), and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
