How we handle the information you share with us.
DuoCraft is a two-person web studio based in Tamil Nadu, India. You can reach us at duocraftdigital@gmail.com or +91 93602 20703. In this policy, "we" means DuoCraft.
The main website has no sign-up and no contact form. We only receive information you choose to send us by email, phone, WhatsApp, Instagram or Discord. Existing clients can also sign in to our client portal (see "Client portal" below). The information we receive is:
We do not collect or store payment card details on this site. Online payments on our pricing page are handled by Razorpay, which receives the details you enter at checkout (such as your phone number, email and payment method) and processes them under its own privacy policy. The main site stores one setting in your browser, your light or dark theme choice. It does not use advertising trackers.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this site, such as which pages are viewed, how long people stay, roughly where they are (city or country) and what device or browser they use. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with the information you send us. This data is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We use your information to reply to you, prepare a quote, deliver the project you ask for, and keep project records. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Only the two of us. If we need a service to deliver your project (for example hosting or a payment gateway), we share only what that service needs, and we tell you first.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you. For clients, we keep project records for as long as we support the site or the law requires.
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not happy with how we handled your information, write to us at the same address and we will look into it.
Existing clients can sign in at duocraft.online/portal with their Google account. Only email addresses we have added can sign in, and each client sees only their own project. Through the portal we receive:
We use this only to run your project and keep project records. The portal runs on Google Firebase, so this information is stored and processed on Google's servers, which may be outside India, and signing in with Google is also subject to Google's own privacy policy. Your sign-in is kept in your browser so you stay signed in until you log out. You can ask us to delete your portal data at any time using the contact details above.
When we build a site for a client, the client decides what personal data the site collects from its own visitors. We handle that data only to build and support the site, and we help clients add a privacy notice and consent where the site collects personal data.
This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
