Plain-language terms, so nothing about a project is a surprise.
This page explains how we normally work with clients. Before work starts, we confirm the exact scope, price and timeline for your project in writing, and that written agreement is what applies to your project.
Every project begins with a written quote that lists what is included: pages, features and delivery time. Work outside that list, such as extra pages, online payments or a login area, is quoted separately before we start it.
We usually ask for an advance before work starts and the balance before the site goes live. The amounts and the payment method are written in your quote. GST is added where it applies.
Your quote states how many rounds of changes are included. Changes beyond that are quoted separately.
Business details, photos, logos and text, and feedback within the time agreed. Delays in providing these move the delivery date.
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you give us. If photos show people, you are responsible for their consent.
Once the full payment is received, the final website design and code made for you belong to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates and code libraries, and of third-party material, which stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished site in our portfolio.
We test every page, link and button on different devices before launch. After launch we fix bugs in our delivered work for the period written in your quote. Later changes and updates are quoted per request or covered by a support plan.
Your quote states whether the domain and hosting are included or billed separately. We help you set both up.
We build and test with care, but we cannot promise a site will never have a fault or that it will bring a particular number of customers. Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
We would rather talk first. If we cannot settle something, the laws of India apply and the courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
